A Modern Home
Just over a ten minute walk from the charming village of Carassai, Casa Vitale is a lovingly restored farmhouse set between the mountains and the sea. Cupra Marittima, a gorgeous seaside town in the typical Italian style is a little over a fifteen minute drive away, and the impressive peaks of the Sibilini Mountains can be seen peeking over the horizon from the house’s welcoming terrace. With an infinity pool and landscaped gardens, as well as well-tended olive groves, Casa Vitale is a typical Italian villa with a little extra.
A Comfortable Bed
A fully renovated farmhouse, Casa Vitale has four bedrooms and two reception rooms, as well as three bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. All rooms have been finished to a high specification, with tiled flooring throughout, and fresh, airy, and modern décor in all areas of the house. The house has a relaxed, home-away-from-home atmosphere to it, and yet is also utterly contemporary, and stylishly decorated.
A Hilltop Setting
Casa Vitale is just under an hour’s drive from the airport at Ancona, and is less than fifteen minutes from the Adriatic Sea, which is dotted with charming seaside towns such as nearby Cupra Marttima, or Grottamare. To the west are the grand and imposing Sibillini Mountains while closer to home and visible across the valley from little Carassai is Ripatransone, a pleasantly relaxed hilltop town. This is a fascinating, and underexplored area of Italy that offers a huge range of things to do, whether you’re interested in mountain walks, sunbathing by the calm waters of the Adriatic, or sampling the local cuisine.
