Just over a ten minute walk from the charming village of Carassai, Casa Vitale is a lovingly restored farmhouse set between the mountains and the sea. Cupra Marittima, a gorgeous seaside town in the typical Italian style is a little over a fifteen minute drive away, and the impressive peaks of the Sibilini Mountains can be seen peeking over the horizon from the house’s welcoming terrace. With an infinity pool and landscaped gardens, as well as well-tended olive groves, Casa Vitale is a typical Italian villa with a little extra. There are four bedrooms; two doubles, and two twin, and the house very comfortably sleeps eight, although more can be accommodated with camp beds.

Downstairs, the front door opens onto the spacious living and dining area, with wood burning fireplace for colder winter days, and comfortable and enticing sofas and armchairs as well as a large dining room table. There is a small study just off the living room, where guests will find a well stocked library of DVDs and books, along with a SKY enabled TV, and all of the house’s Wi-Fi information. Casa Vitale’s kitchen is something of a crowning glory, with all the modern appliances and conveniences you would expect to find in your home, plus a few more. There is a stove top cooker, oven, full-sized American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a wide variety of cookware, dishware, and cutlery; all of it of top quality and easy to find in the expertly designed room. The kitchen opens out onto a second, smaller terrace where guests can enjoy al fresco dining with a view of the Adriatic Sea in the distance.

Upstairs, the house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. A children’s room has twin beds, a TV, and views over to the sea, while a more grown up twin room offers similar views and clean and classic decor alongside stylish, yet timeless furniture. The master bedroom has views on two sides of the house, letting guests take in both the distant hilltop town of Ripatransone, and the Adriatic. Next door is one of the two bathrooms on this floor, with a bathtub and classic black and white décor. The second double room has a terrace attached to it, and a shower room next door. There is a third bathroom with shower stall on the ground floor. Stylish and comfortable furniture and furnishings can be found throughout the house, and all rooms feature screens on the windows to allow them to be kept open, and the insects kept out. Original artwork and photography decorate the walls, and guests will no doubt find themselves feeling very much at home in this villa that offers a very modern twist on the traditional farmhouse.
