A fully renovated farmhouse, Casa Vitale has four bedrooms and two reception rooms, as well as three bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. All rooms have been finished to a high specification, with tiled flooring throughout, and fresh, airy, and modern décor in all areas of the house.
The master bedroom features a double bed and views of the sea as well as the hills, and as with the rest of the house has original art work on the walls, and comfortable and attractive furniture and furnishings. The second double room opens up onto a well sized terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee, and is next door to one of the two bathrooms on the first floor of the house. Every room in the house has the type of relaxed, home-away-from-home feel to it that you would expect from a rental house, and yet all are decorated in a contemporary style with fresh design features, and comfortable and stylish furnishings.
There is a twin ‘children’s room’ on the first floor, with lovely views to the east, a well-stocked children’s library and TV with integrated DVD player. The second twin room offers something a little more grown up, and is both spacious and comfortable. As in all the guest rooms, attractive décor and furnishings are present, and there is interesting and original artwork on the walls, as well as stunning views from the windows.
The open plan living room and dining room has underfloor heating for cold winter days, and there’s also a working fireplace. In the summer months guests may find that they don’t utilise this area all that much, however, as there are so many places to relax and enjoy outside of the house. The infinity pool is surrounded by LaFuma loungers and chairs, and there are two terraces to choose from; one with views of Ripatransone and a selection of outdoor chairs and coffee tables, and the other just off the kitchen where the outdoor dining table and barbecue is to be found.
